I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. It took 1 hour in total to enter and it left me late for my meeting that evening. The room itself had a stained chair, TV that I couldn't work, air con, and a bed almost on the floor. "The staff on this place was great. They cleaned everyday during our stay. Communication is through mobile and email. Remember this before booking: this is a room with bathroom. No front desk. Both we understood and we didn’t have any problems. Everything was walkable distance. Restaurants, center in Madrid , grocery store you name it. The place was clean.
