The location right along the Douro River was incredible; nothing beat standing on our balcony and staring at the Dom Luis Bridge and all of the vineyards in Gaia across the river. The food and staff were wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to book our next trip back!"

"We had a great overnight day here as we had an early flight to catch the next morning. The Front desk staff was extremely helpful and assisted us with anything we asked. Clean, safe, quiet hotel. shuttle was 2 Euro a person and it was on time and took us straight to airport without any issues. "

"A good size room, with large bath & shower, large comfortable bed, room on 1st floor - no noise, very good breakfast - great selection/options, all staff very helpful, very well equipped gym to accommodate all levels/needs. Good location for transport/train to airport. The restaurant meals however...very small portions (pasta dish) +50% for an average size portion. "
