"The inside was nice, but had three floors. It was icy outside the first couple days and night. They didn’t clean the long wooden steps. It was dangerous. Being 70, I was afraid we would fall. My husband had his second knee replacement on 8/28. Had it been in spring or summer would have been better. Should have asked for one higher up, not down so many stairs. Being in the mountains, the roads were winding and curvy. Didn’t care for that either. "

"It was a pleasant stay. Overall is good. Although there was a problem with the water heater at our first night, but the owner was responsive and settled the problem fast. The one thing we did not enjoy was the slippery pathway due to the snow."

"Not a truthful listing grease hanging from kitchen cupboard. Steep stairs for older people and never listed it pictures very deceiving. No bathroon curtain. Back yard a pit. Silverware and pans very dirty. Cleaned half hour before we got there. Things patched up. Filthy!!! Very disappointed for the money."

"A 93 year old Great Grandma stayed with her adult children and spouses; this was a great home and get away. The breakfasts were impressive for hotel fare. Across from the airport 3 rowdy grandchildren and their parents live. Having a quiet place to relax after daytimes of visits was wonderful. The children used the pool as a treat."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The host was easy to contact if we had questions check in process was extremely easy it accommodated my fur baby as well. This unit is minutes away from everything camelback resort aquatopia and also Great wolf lodge so you had plenty of things to do would definitely recommend!"

When I booked it, I was never able to get a hold of the management company or the owner to answer questions prior to our stay. "My friends and I rented this chalet for one night and it was the best decision we could have made. The chalet was even more beautiful than the photos! Everyone was ooing and awing when they walked in. The decor was cozy the place was spacious. Everything worked. Corynne the host was incredibly kind and polite and understanding. "We had a wonderful weekend! Our group of 6 adults found the place big enough to hang out and have meals together. We were able to have our own bedroom during our stay. The house was located close to the water edge. Deer roamed through the property. We were able to enjoy the newly installed hot tub. The host was attentive and answered any questions quickly and clearly."

"We booked this hotel because we wanted something with a lounge and close to where we wanted to go, Hotel was super clean and the staff was excellent, we enjoyed the Hot Tub and Heated Pool, and the Lounge was GREAT! Food was good, and the Bartender was a really great guy who was so friendly. The Hotel is a little older, but they keep it in Great shape! I would absolutely stay again."
