"Karen and John were amazing hosts! The house was just perfect for our little family and small dog. We were greeted with fun activity books, sidewalk chalk and bubbles for my daughter… a bottle of wine, fire wood, fixings for s’mores and even a new toy for my dog! They were attentive, available when we needed them and so very kind to me and my family. The kayaks and water toys kept my daughter entertained for hours. We were able to bring our boat and had our own dock space for the entire time...

The cottage has plenty of seating inside, including a table-bar facing the windows overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the out-door shower...

"My husband and I stayed here for the week over July 4th. Our kids (early 20s) joined us for a couple of days. The cottage was by far the cleanest (and I'm picky!) and most well stocked cottage we have ever rented. It was so nice not to have bring bedding, bath towels, beach towels, etc. There was even coffee waiting for us! The space worked very well for us and my husband was happy to make use of the little office for a work call. Fireworks viewing was perfect on the screened porch. Everyone...

"The location was great just off highway with town down the road for food gas etc. Owner provided everything possible for stay. Stayed in touch throughout to check on any needs. The road to the cabin was dirt and had some serious ruts but that wasn’t her responsibility. Entry would be iffy for mobility impaired. Tub could use a grab bar. Otherwise a great stay. "
