Towels were changed daily without being requested. Service staff were friendly and warm! There’s a play room for kids. Clean and well maintained. There’s slides at the pool for the kids."

"Great hotel in perfect location! Right next to Sentral station, we caught the train in from the airport and walked through the walkway to the hotel. From here, access to all the public transport lines at the station, also a shopping centre with food, shops, grocery, massages, movies and more without having to go outside if it’s raining. Easy walking to other areas for more food. Hotel itself great, everything you would expect and staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!"
