"We booked this place early morning for two nights. It was a fantastic property and well equipped however the communication with someone that either works there or the owner was impossible. Terrible check in experience.( the only bad thing about the place) You require a code to get into to the property and the room. We never received any instructions and both phone numbers were automatically being transferred to voice mail. Also no response to several email. We waited in front of the property...

"We had a very warm welcome from Fiona on reception. She was so helpful throughout our stay. My husband had a problem with his ankle so the walk into town bit of a struggle for him. We hadn’t realised it was about a 30 minute walk into town. Fiona was an absolute gem and even dropped us to the station for our train journey. We were in room 15 and it was an odd shape so didn’t have much room to move around once you got your luggage inside. Kitchen facility was good but no where to eat your food...

"Have stayed several times in the smaller ground floor courtyard units, which are great but this time upgraded ourselves to a Junior Suite in the main building that was well worth doing. It not only provided more spacious accommodation but we really enjoyed using the private deck with sea views. "Overall it was perfect. The views can't be beat and the batch was really clean and had a nice area upstairs during the day to enjoy the view and dolphin watch. During the night the downstairs is cooler and cosy. It does lose one star however because the upstairs bedroom smells of smoke and the downstairs one isn't really suitable for a couple given the single bed blocks you easily getting in and out of bed and no bedside tables."
