"the hotel looks bettet on picture than in the reality. All facilities look rather tired and in a need for renovation. Rooms are not well isolated which let hear and enjoy the noise done by neighbours. there is a serious issue on cleanliness such as dirty wondows', dirty lift., dirty tables in the breakfast room..."

"Very good breakfast spread. Should try the many eateries along road at rear of hotel esp Gentlemen Cafe. Very friendly and efficient staff. However, check out could have been processed faster. Will definitely stay at Premiere on next visit."

"This was a good value option for a short stay in Pekanbaru. The building is modern, although it has touches of traditional style, the double height lobby is imposing and tha staff are very helpful. Our bedroom was large and well equipped, though we had to ask for a second towel as none was initially provided. Th3 main drawbacks are the location, which is on a busy main road and not very near places to eat and shop, and the Wi-fi, which was intermittent and slow when it worked at all. "

"호텔스 닷컴으로 예약하고 갔는데, deposit을 내야 한다고, card 결재를 하더니,,,, 다음날 카드 취소가 안 된단다.... 영업일 4일 이후 환불된다고 해서 오긴 왔는데,,,, 아직까지 안되서 전화해서 물어보니, 이제는 14일을 기다리란다.... 설마 4성급 호텔이 사기를 치진 않을거고,,, 기다리기는 하는데,,,, 일처리가 정말 맘에 안든다..."

"I like the breakfast a lot of variety. The location is also very good next to two big malls in Pekanbaru. In front of mall Pekanbaru usually there are taxis waiting for customers, so transport is very convenient."
