As some reviews have mentioned, the property is a bit old. It's also next to a hospital so we saw hospital staff and patient/ family in the hotel. Generally the hotel is quiet and clean. "Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay."

"Stay was simple as it was only a single-night stay. It was an apartment-like hotel but we got fairly disappointed that lots of amenities were not found within the unit. Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! "The apartment was spacious but the furniture was Low quality. Check in was also not as smooth. Messaged the property for check in instructions but didn’t receive any response. Had to call Expedia to help get a response from the property. But was still not clear on the procedures. On top of it, the property did not have a reception."

"Fairly new hotel and my second time staying. Love the location which is fully sheltered from the custom to the hotel via the link bridge and from Komtar shopping mall. Lots of good food dining options from both Komtar and sheltered link way to city square. Walkable distance to famous food like Jin Long curry fish, Hiap Joo Banana Cake, Ya Wang and Tapu Egg tarts and many more. Definitely my to go place if I wanna stay near the customs. :)"
