"This is one of the best hotels/resorts my wife and I have stayed. The all inclusive package was fantastic. Beach was across the road with bar and restaurant as part of the package. Views were amazing, staff were friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more. I’d recommend to those wanting a nice chilled break where they’re looked after. "

Bit of a remote area but nice hotel beach and convenient public transport outside the resort. Food and drinks variety great, a la carte hard too book so do it on arrival. "

The resort is peaceful, great beach location, amazing food choices and I particularly enjoyed the shisha lounge in the evening. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. "To put this review in context: we booked 4 days before travelling, the room had its own pool and we were all inclusive with premium upgrade. We went for a 10 day rest so did not venture ouyt of the hotel at all. Everything was excellent and less than one hour from Rhodes airport. Well done to the manager and all his staff. Brilliant!"

"The check in was very easy. Our room was bijoux but had everything we required for the short time we spent in it! Super sea view!! It was cleaned daily. The food wasn’t our thing but we enjoyed a little breakfast, salad and watermelon lunch, if we didn’t eat out for lunch. we ate out every night but that’s because I don’t particularly like buffets. Drinks were ok, coffee tea water etc, I didn’t try juices etc. I tried 2 cocktails, aperol with white wine not Prosecco , was drinkable and a gin cocktail, not a drinker so water tea coffee was good! Few more lights required around the property, we were room 4203, a little dark walking back at night but safe with our phone light! Pool was pretty good, lots of floats etc and clean, always sun beds. The staff are exceptional, Helen on reception is amazing, so patient and helpful, every time we visited her. Georgie and Marios stood out every day, I’m sure they were on duty 7-23.00 and never stopped smiling and being professional and super efficient!!! Lots of other staff and bar guys super, I was impressed and it takes a lot. It’s only 4 star so not bad really needs a few more lights, hooks on doors, maybe toasted sandwiches for lunch but otherwise we had a great holiday."

"I had a wonderful time at Gennadi, the rooms were great, had everything I needed and the terrific staff kindly upgraded me (thank you so much). Plentiful dining options and the food was always excellent. This is a fantastic place to decompress and relax. I want to give a special shout out to Carla, Yiannis and Konstantina (at the front desk) who went above and beyond to make my stay amazing, their positive and joyful energy was a delight to be around. "Hotel fabulous- can’t fault it all. They kept dining room open a bit later specifically for us on arrival as delayed. Welcome drink in lovely air conditioning. Hotel spotless even around the pool at the end of the day. Hardly any flies or insects- less than UK. Mosquito netting blinds in case. Balcony with useful rail for drying wet things. View beautiful to sea. Lovely arrangement of Villas around a few pools. 5 min walk to main building from our villa which was very hot due to extreme heat while we were there. Amazing choices of food with plenty of different fish to try, veggie, salads, pizzas, olives, breads, hot, cold. Staff very helpful. One alcoholic drink ( usually) with lunch or evening meal if wanted, served to you, but not a problem as could easily get drinks from a bar afterwards. 3-4 bars. We liked the top one in the foyer best as nice and cool And Sakiss very friendly and helpful . 3 restaurants but only used one as so much choice there for everyone and staff very nice and helpful. Rooms cleaned spotlessly every day. Shower fabulous/ big- walk in with a directable option too. Mini fridge stocked up every other day for all inclusive. Towels for beach or pool supplied. Room spacious with nice spaces shelves etc for belongings and a safe. Few little welcome bits and bobs - nice touch. Reception very helpful with excellent English.sorted a large taxi to airport for 4 adults and 4 largish suitcases €65. Walk to beach - 5 mins - could be less . No room to write more"
