"Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly. Location is great. Food at this property is very good. Everything we tried on the menu was awesome. We tried mostly local Kerala cuisine at this restaurant."

"All the staff were amazing and we loved the cultural experience they provided with the cooking classes and the classical dance. The food was delicious and there was such a variety. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family around the globe. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very sweet and professional. Sona and Ashwita and Janisha all were great! "The property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc. We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect. The nature and spice garden were truly amazing. Two suggestions for improvements 1. Only one downside is that to contact reception from room is a challange. No one responds when you call. 2. The checkout time is 10:30 am which is too early. Overall worth every penny "
