"The listing describes the place extremely well. Very clean and tidy. I had a car so it was easy to get around the town. Not my first time on bacalar but I enjoyed the rooftop pool as well. Check in was a piece of cake, would definitely stay here again! "

"Began witting this while in this locale... Another restless night. This rental is located 20 meters from Hwy 307, a main route north and south on the Mexican Carribean. The road noise is/was awful. "We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find a new place late a night on our own."

"We really enjoyed our stay and glamping experience. It’s right in front of the Laguna, and close enough to the center of town with a bike to get there in 12-15 minutes or a 4 minute cab. The mattress was comfy, and having outlets, fan, and lights as well as an outdoor seating area was a nice plus. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, patient with my tons of questions, and the people staying there all had nice energy. The included bikes were so helpful in us being able to come and go...
