"Everything was perfect, apartment is really big and spacious. Location perfect, we used public transport only for going to the beach and Oceanografic. Hosts are very nice people and helpful, they even let us check-in at 9h in the morning. Apartment is 100% recomendation. Thanks for everyrhing Enrique."

"Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation."

"Juan was a great host for my group of friends and I while we stayed at this great VRBO. The apartment is true to the photos and it's a nice space for a group of 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The location is nice because you can walk to old town and you have easy access to the river park in Valencia. 3 of us rented bikes downstairs at the apartment and biked all the way down the park to the port and finally to the beach while the rest of the group took taxis to get there. Highly recommend...

"My husband and I stayed 9 nights at this property and loved it! Fantastic location- just over the bridge from the old town, but still in a neighborhood with a grocery store right below, coffee around the corner, etc. The building has 2 apartments per floor and was quiet and clean. "We had a great stay at Adarve flats. The location is ideal, we managed to walk to all the major attractions (Biopark, Oceanografic, the beaches) and the flats themselves are situated in the old town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything in the flat was as described. It was ideal for our family of 5, but would have been a squeeze for 6. The owners communicated in a timely manner and during our stay when we had a problem with the keypad entry to the property this was quickly...

"We made a reservation for 5 persons. One bed for 2 persons was a disaster, a collapsed bed. It was far from the center, 40 minutes. There was a mall and supermarkets nereby. No elevator, 6 stairs."
