"Really enjoyed our week long stay. The owners who are next door were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything you need for a longer stay (including a supermarket 40 metres away) and was very comfortable. It’s a leisurely 10 minute walk to the old town although buses and trams are nearby and very frequent. If you prefer to eat locally there are decent tapas bars in the neighbourhood.For the price, this was great value accommodation."

"Juan was a great host for my group of friends and I while we stayed at this great VRBO. The apartment is true to the photos and it's a nice space for a group of 10 people with 2.5 bathrooms. The location is nice because you can walk to old town and you have easy access to the river park in Valencia. 3 of us rented bikes downstairs at the apartment and biked all the way down the park to the port and finally to the beach while the rest of the group took taxis to get there. Highly recommend...

"Great location and straight forward to check in. It had everything we needed and a lovely, spacious private patio area which was perfect. Really close to shops, restaurants, the metro, Botanical and Turia gardens all really worth a visit. The safe didn’t work though and the door to the patio garden didn’t lock. It’s quite noisy as people come back from a night out as you can here people very clearly in the corridor from you room but other than that all was good."

Fantastic location- just over the bridge from the old town, but still in a neighborhood with a grocery store right below, coffee around the corner, etc. The building has 2 apartments per floor and was quiet and clean. We would most definitely stay here again!"

"Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse."

"We had a great stay at Adarve flats. The location is ideal, we managed to walk to all the major attractions (Biopark, Oceanografic, the beaches) and the flats themselves are situated in the old town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything in the flat was as described. It was ideal for our family of 5, but would have been a squeeze for 6. The owners communicated in a timely manner and during our stay when we had a problem with the keypad entry to the property this was quickly...
