"Stayed for one night as arrived at Valencia on an evening flight . We had a long drive to our destination so booked a night in Travel lodge to drive the following day in the light Worked out perfectly. There is a great little independent pizza restaurant along the road (Opposite Burger King) "

"Rooms exactly as described on the hotel website. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast is outstanding. The spa was closed when we stayed which Expedia hadn’t made us aware of. The hotel did not communicate this (the website front page didn’t mention it , it was in small print on one page of you clicked on the actual page for the spa). But Ramon was great and compensated us accordingly. In door pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped for a hotel!! Will return. "

"The hotel itself is located in the old part of the city, which is literally seconds walk away from La Placa de la Reina, bordering the Cathedral,great bars,restaurants and a park.All a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.Furthermore, you can also walk to the newer parts of the city such as Russafa and Colon,which is also an aesthetically pleasing 15-20 minute walk away.Despite being so close to the centre, the hotel itself is tucked away in a very quiet location, guaranteeing a good night sleep. I stayed in the double room with a balcony which was extremely comfortable/luxurious completed to a high finish with a very well equipped kitchenette. I would recommend for external guests to bring an adaptor as the rooms aren’t currently equipped with charging ports. Exceptional level of customer service from the staff at the hotel. The high level of attention and continuous assistance from beginning to end, was consistent and genuinely above and beyond.All the staff prepared for my visit and accommodated all my requests with much ease, such as receiving my parcel,storing my luggage, booking my taxi etc..The concierge team inc Robine and Andres,were incredibly friendly, always on the ball,and it was clear that they all take a genuine interest in their guests wellbeing,which again was consistent across the board, meaning I was able to just focus on making the most of my trip.I highly recommend staying here when in the region, as it will not fail to make your stay in Valenica, memorable!"

"I would highly recommend Exe. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food in both, breakfast and dinner, were outstanding. So was the service provided by all the staff members everywhere, dining, and lobby. Very close to the more modern section of the City; yet still walkable (30 min) to old town."

"Popped in to Valencia to explore at the weekend. My son is interested in attending Berklee and its in a great location. A 5 min walk from hotel Barcelo which had great spacious rooms. The breakfast was quite something and the staff are super friendly. The only knock was my water was barely warm in my shower. The rooftop deck provides a good view and a draught beer was 5 euro. Fun stay in a super clean hotel."

"We have stayed here once before and chose to go again due to its position and that it is quirky not the usual run of the mill. We had a very good room which had a lounge and separate bedroom both which were large and also had a very large balcony with excellent views of the city. We added breakfast to our room rate and it was an excellent move as the choice and quality were very good. Staff are great - friendly and helpful. All in all a great choice and we would stay again and recommend it. One point to consider is that the corridors to the rooms are narrow and the lift is tiny. One thing that would enhance my stay would be a kettle or coffee maker in the room, By the way, wonderful toiletries in the room which we appreciated."
