No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. "The location of the Luna Olympus is great almost on the marina, I booked a marina view and it was amazing. Yes there is a bar at the bottom which stays open until the early hours and has unsavoury women in it but it doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. The things that stops this place from being a true 4* is they don't change the bedroom towels everyday and the area around the pool needs to be paved not grass as it gets worn and muddy if it rains, but I would definitely go back. "
