"This is our 2nd stay at this property. A both times. Great location, always very clean, comfortable, quiet, etc, etc. We come in once a year and would love to stay there every time! Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Michael. You’re a great host. "

"Very comfortable place to stay on your next vacation. I only had a couple of problems, there were no kitchen towels or wash rags for the dishes. Most dishes were put in the dishwasher but a couple of items needed to be handwashed. No big deal, we bought a couple of items at The Dollar Store to use. Communication was 10 on the scale, always got an answer to every question within minutes. Very clean, quiet and nicely furnished."

"This is a recently renovated building conversion. Lovely, well-appointed units, fully equipped. Ground floor units have exceptionally high ceilings. Not well soundproofed, evidence of leaking from the second floor (ceiling not yet repaired). Ample parking, and can walk everywhere."

"Great spot if you’re staying in the area. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and phenomenal communication from the property manager. "

"Communications with Heirloom were with a very nice, professional.It took a few email and text messages to get the complete instructions to enter the unit. Stair count communicated was low (15 vs 21). The recently installed floor had raised ends that could have presented tripping problems. A window was not completely closed during the coldest days of the year. The clothes washer was not ready for occupation and resulted in un-needed communications resulting in a refund of 25% when we agreed...

Was in walking distance to the town and just down the block and around the corner to the Mockingbird Cafe for breakfast! Great parking! The absolute only difficulty is there is not an elevator. Otherwise this was a huge, fantastic property to fit our big family is certainly a 10 out of 10!"
