"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and the friendly service staff made the experience even better. The décor was eclectic, with plenty of eye-catching details that added to the charm of the place. There was always something interesting to admire. The rooms were spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I especially enjoyed the free tangerines. It was also interesting that they provided a pillow menu, allowing guests to choose the perfect pillow for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the abundance of comfortable seating around the hotel lobby, perfect for resting or reading a book. I was particularly looking forward to the free activities, but unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t participate this time. Hopefully, on my next visit, I’ll get to enjoy them! Overall, it was a great stay, and I would love to return."

"A priority beyond excellent. The day were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Food was fabulous, recommend the club lounge. We had a lovely room which was cleaned to the height of perfection. Seriously cannot recommend this hotel enough. The gardens are absolutely fabulous. A minor thing, there was no lifeguard on duty, but it was the end of the low season.. overall - fabulous!!"

"Alila is absolutely stunning! This was my second time staying within 2 months and I just can’t get enough! We were greeted by Yeni again at check in which she was so sweet and we were even surprised with a room upgrade!! The room was absolutely stunning with a gorgeous view of the serenity pool and ocean! The food is amazing at all times and room service is 24 hours! We went to the Beach Bar after their kitchen closed and they still accommodated to us and made sure we had some dinner. There’s a buggy to transport you to and from the lobby to the street, possibly even to Seminyak Square. Housekeeping is twice a day and they're soo fast. Overall the amenities and staff are all amazing. I'll forever be staying at Alila when I visit Bali. "
