Villa Ionia sits on a large hillside terrace . The villa has a special coastal position above the sea on the east coast of Paxos, just a few bays north of Gaios.

The villa has dramatic views across the sea to the Greek mainland and to the tiny island of Panayia, at the entrance to the port of Gaios.

Just below the villa a few steps lead to the sea via flat rocks.

Recently completed, Villa Ionia has comfortably furnished, spacious interiors opening out to wide terraces, all with magnificent sea views.

Private pool 10 x 5 metres & depth 0.50 – 1.8 metres

Maid service and linen change twice weekly.

Location: Villa Ionia is just over half a kilometre from the shops and tavernas of Gaios but car hire is recommended for ease of access. The walk to Gaios takes 15 – 20 minutes and is mostly alongside waterfront moorings of yachts and local fishing boats. 2 minute drive to nearest beaches.
the ground floor studio has a separate external entrance leading to one double bedroom (air-con) and en suite bathroom; one twin bedroom (air-con) and en suite bathroom; open-plan sitting room (air-con/TV/WiFi), dining area and (air-con) and en suite bathroom; kitchen (dishwasher/microwave); sauna. The middle floor has one double bedroom e twin bedroom (air-con) and en suite bathroom; an open-plan sitting room (air-con/TV/WiFi), dining area and kitchen (dishwasher/microwave). Top floor of master double bedroom (air-con) and en suite bathroom. Washing machine. Barbecue. Hairdryers. Pool towels and bathrobes provided.

Family gathering
Joanna was very helpful at all times. She collected our luggage from the port & quickly sorted our initial problem with the rooms. The villa is in an ideal location about a mile out of picturesque Gaios. When in April, the swimming pool & patios were lovely.

Amazing property and fantastic location
Great property and location. Enjoyed the house, the pool the access to the sea and the amazing views to the Ionian sea. Ioanna is a fantastic host, she did not only facilitate our needs for the house but helped us with everything else we needed during our vacation, from ferry tickets to shopping.
