"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"The cottage was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to main routes. The interior decor was tasteful and the hospitality of the hostess was wonderful! She left us snacks, coffee, and flowers. The cottage was a little snug in the master bedroom but the King size bed was very comfortable. "The property is very clean. Bed was comfortable. But, it needs comfortable seating. There is a couch, but it's not comfy. There is no TV. I guess it's my own fault for assuming. I honestly had no idea that a place like this was TV free. "

"The cottage was really nice. It was clean and super cute. The only things I found uncomfortable were the beds (1 bed/1 futon). They were very, very hard and we should have brought our own pillows. The ones on the bed were really flat and there were no pillows for the futon. Otherwise, we really liked the cottage and were happy with our booking. "
