"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. "This farm stay was all we hoped for. Beautiful accommodations, great bedding, well stocked kitchen and amazing views. Plus, the sheep, goats, llama, poultry, and gardens reminded us so much of our old farm in Iowa. We hope to return in the summer."

"The cottage was really nice. It was clean and super cute. The only things I found uncomfortable were the beds (1 bed/1 futon). They were very, very hard and we should have brought our own pillows. The ones on the bed were really flat and there were no pillows for the futon. Otherwise, we really liked the cottage and were happy with our booking. "
