"Beyond belief. You're supposed to contact them for check in since they have no front desk. How? They don't respond to messages, they won't.answer the phone. I had a hotel manager nearby try repeatedly to call them. Expedia has been trying to call them the last 3 days. They still don"t answer. Ended up in another property paying even more sinc it was a last minute booking. The words 'scam' and more come to mind NOTE: Their check in says PLEASE contact them 24 hrs before arrival It's a courtesy...

"Great location in the heart of Rome. Close to all of the attractions. Nothing more than a room with a bed and bath, but it served as a good base camp for touring Rome by foot."
