"Another great week watching the wildlife, family of wild pigs wandering about the lake edge and a good chat to the fish farm worker as to how things worked. Would recommend this his site to anyone who loves nature. Great little restaurant in St Micheal de Brenne for a lunch time meal as well."

"The property has a stunning view and a great scenery. but the houses are very soberly furnished. no TV, no sofa, no wardrobes in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. no shower cubicle. in the kitchen there were very few tools. In the garden, there where no chairs or umbrella provided outside, only an uninviting picnic table"

"The owners are lovely people, we had a very welcome bedding and towels change during our two weeks stay which gave that hotel feel.The beds are comfortable and bedrooms lovely and a well equipped kitchen(although no scissors or tin opener). its a beautiful place. You must be aware that the pool is a shared pool with the owners family if you nip to the shops you may find them in there when you get back and you are not able to be around the pool after 8pm for cleaning but our experience is they...

"Old farmhouse beautifully renovated stays cool in summer. The owners are very nice and helpful. Friendly red cat will beg for pets when you arrive. We also loved the heated swimming pool!"

"This really is a Narnia house- the entrance is somewhat deceptive because once you get inside it is quite magical. Not only has the owner, Nancy, gathered together a lot of fascinating French antiques, but it is also a very comfortable house with every modern appliance you can think of. We didn’t use the garden much as we had a lot of rain but it is pretty, enclosed and safe for our dog. The village is within easy walking distance and has a baker! "We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat."
