"Quiet with wonderful view "

"This property and the hosts are phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better experience or a more comfortable cottage. It’s even nicer than the pictures! The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage had everything we needed to enjoy travels to New Zealand. We traveled from the States and found the location to be perfect for day trips to the city, Hamilton, Raglan, Waitomo (glow worm caves), Hobbiton, and surrounding areas. We highly recommend! "

"Only problem is Ubers. Don’t go out there so catch a ride anywhere is almost impossible. Fix that you got a great place."

"Lovely little cottage on a lifestyle block. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need for cooking meals. Modern stovetop and oven an added bonus. Loved the decor and the deck protected you from the summer sun.Rod would periodically check in to see if we needed anything, like extra towels. "What a wonderful place this is. It is so calm and serene with a stunning outlook over the surrounding farms. The place is a great size, it literally has everything you need (the kitchen is very well stocked and there are lovely Eco-store bathroom products to use, plus there was fresh milk, towels, a dishwasher, and washing machine), it is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. There is a separate indoor dining room as well as your own deck to eat outside and soak in the sun and country...

"Good location, great reception service. Rooms need a bit of a touch up but good for the price. Couch was very low and not easy for my elderly father to sit on. Good shower. "
