"Just back from a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. Our first visit to Crete and it did not disappoint. The villa is a 30 min drive from Chania airport. Directions to the property were easy as were the instructions to let ourselves in. The villa itself is amazing and the photos do not do it justice. Armenoi is a few mins drive away, Kiosky is a lovely little coffee shop with gorgeous treats. Kalyves has a lovely beach, 10 mins drive with beach bars and restaurants. For some really big waves, we headed to Episkopi beach. Lake Kournas is worth a visit too (but go early). The pool was a welcome relief...
