"We had a lovely time at the Riverside Hotel. Everything was clean and spacious. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the major attractions and close to the metro. The owners were very friendly and helpful with everything that we needed. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Istanbul!"

"While fairly ordinary on the exterior this place is a diamond. The details, pageantry and staff will blow your mind. It brims with history and romance and the interior takes you back to a beautiful, ambient period in time. Some friends recommended it and they’ve never let me down. "We had an unforgettable stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul during our first trip to Turkey with my parents (both in their 70s). The staff were warm, flexible, and incredibly helpful — from guiding us around the property to helping us book dinner at their Michelin-awarded restaurant with great vegetarian options. The pool and gym were spotless and serene, and the in-house jewelry store was a hidden gem — we left with five beautifully crafted pieces thanks to the knowledgeable owner. The highlight? They surprised us with framed photos of our family taken from my Instagram post, along with a handwritten letter. Such a thoughtful, above-and-beyond gesture. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great—good variety and fresh options. The location made it easy to get around, though the street right outside was a bit noisy and not the nicest. Still, the hotel itself was lovely and definitely worth the price. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to others. "
