"Easy check-in and check-out, the house was close to everything you needed or wanted to do like the malls, restaurants, grocery store, walgreens and Casa Barcardi. We were only 13-15 min from the San Juan airport which made it even nicer. The host Ingrid was exceptional and always responded to our questions in a short time. We enjoyed a little visitor a cool cat that would come daily to say hello and he came to see us off when we left. What a great family vacay we had."

"We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."

"My family absolutely LOVED this house and described it as "immaculate" several times. They were in absolute awe of the abundant greenery, the bright airy living spaces, and sound of nature at night. Coming from Dallas, a giant city, it was absolutely refreshing to be surrounded by nature. It's a bit of a drive away from popular tourist spots, but we didn't mind because the drive was beautiful."

"We chose this home although a good 50 minutes away from our wedding venue in San Juan as the dual villa was a great caveat to keep the wedding party separate when needed. Not to mention , the 4 bathrooms was perfect for accommodating our guest for wedding preparation. Our host was amazing !! Jorge was willing to allow my decoration packages arrive early with personal pickup . "Aida is an amazing host who provided generous care to my family and I during our stay. The house is great and equipped with cold A/C. One thing to note about the property is DO NOT SWIM in the beach. Not only are there plenty of rocks but the current is way too strong to swim in — even for experienced swimmers. Drive to another beach if you’re going to swim. "
