"We have been coming to Kalkan for over 20 years and have always stayed in a hotel, our plans changed this year due to our regular hotel not opening. After a lot of online searching I found Stone House Apartments and instantly liked the look of them and was also impressed with the reviews. As soon as I made the booking I was in contact with the owner Hikmet, I had many questions and he always answered all my queries. When we arrived Hikmet was waiting for us, he showed us around the apartment...

"The apartment is in a great location, close to town but quiet. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean, the size of a villa! The outside space is just excellent. A large private pool, that you can actually swim in, its south facing, so you get the sun all day, and a lovely walled garden with a pergola and additional seating area. The host was excellent with her communication and recommendations. I would absolutely recommend Elmas apartment!"

"This is a lovely apartment in a small complex with a pretty shared pool area. It is close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets and is an easy walk to Kalkan town beach. With everything to hand and taxis easily available, we didn't need a car and had a very relaxing holiday!"

"Good location, amazing view, very clean, convinient apartment. Hospitality hostess, always answer for our question and help us if need. Very calm place, but go to the beach only 5 minutes drive. There are all that you need: dishes (from the coffee cups to pans, towels, convinient beds, air-conditions in all rooms, hot water with good pressure. Balcony with amazing view to the sea and Kalkan. Only one minus we are stay here only 10 days."

"It's a lovely property with a glorious view. The private pool was great to get into after a long hot day of sightseeing. The property (and our needs) is well looked after by friendly and helpful staff. Everything was in a very good condition. Rooms were spacious. This is a great location to stay in as a base to visit Kalkan and surrounding areas. Highly recommended property."

"A really fabulous apartment, with everything you need. Our two teens had their own rooms and they loved the space. Hikmet and Oxana were just lovely and assisted with a few extra items during our stay. The location is great, a five minute walk into the centre of town, the closest we've been in six visits and it made a really nice change to not rely on taxis to get around. We shall be back! Five stars in every way. "

However my only concern about apartment was that the bed and the sofas probably needed covers as in new bed sheets and the same goes on for the sofas in the living room, which need covering as they are not clean enough.
