"My 93 years young dad had not been back to PR since he left in 2004. He enjoyed staying in the town of Guayama where he was born and raised. He had a blast telling me childhood stories. We were comfortable and dad definitely felt like he was at home. Location was very convenient and fully stocked with items I didn’t even think I would need yet grateful it was available. "

"We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."

"The Host really did an excellent job or taking care of us and the property. It was clean, well equipped with both necessities AND luxuries you normally would not expect. Very clean and upscale, exquisite designing, furnishing and luxurious decorating and finishing touches. Very polished and well stacked with supplies. I was highly impressed and felt so very comfortable. The host was always a phone or text away, to answer any questions 24/7, and responded quickly to satisfy all of our needs....

Look for F block not the street because
Google has it wrong.

"Me and my friends booked this literally a day before our trip to San Juan , which was very convenient. Although this place was like 25 mins away from San Juan ubers to San Juan and further places were only like $11-$20 so that wasnt a big issue. Three days into our visit the house started to smell like mold. Other then that everything about this house was good. If you are looking to stay close to San Juan this is NOT the place. If you dont mind waiting 10-25 mins for a uber then by all means go...
