"Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is fantastic; everything is close by, and there's a train station next to the hotel. Another wonderful thing is that the Coliseum and other attractions are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. "The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside....

"Thank you to our hosts for making our party of 6 feel very welcome. From original booking to check out, nothing was a problem and Sandro was so welcoming including arranging very efficient transfers to and from airport. The apartment is in a lovely, old building, with a lift, located very close to the Papal Basilica of Sancta Maria di Maggiore (spelling?) and a less than 15 min walk to colosseum, the train/metro station is also close by which we used a few times. Can be a little noisey at night...
