"Beautiful property, wonderful room, reasonably priced and made our stay perfect. The check in process was a little stressful as I couldn’t get the internet to work outside but once this was overcome everything was easy. Location was only a 10 minute walk from main attractions, Trevi fountain etc. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Rome for a lovely stay. Thank you 🙏"

"We got lucky and another person staying there let us inside so we could call for a check-in. Without them, who knows how long we'd be stuck outside. The area around is sketchy AF but that's not their fault, just be aware. The room was fine, did the job and had met our needs. The room was in need of some basic repairs but nothjng major."

"My rating would be better but the room was dirty, the bathroom had mold and was dirty, the bedsheet has a lot of strange hairs all over that were not ours, the blankets that were in the closet smelled really bad, they smelled like sweat and like they hadn't been washed at all, it seemed they used the same sheets from the previous guests. The people that were taking care of the property were nice and very informative about the restaurants and actibities near by. I would not come back to this...
