"We stayed at hotel La Vela while attending a wedding nearby. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. It was in an excellent location within the town, on a quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the historic center & lake. Rooms were clean with a balcony & nice bathroom & beds very comfortable. "Relais La Fattoria was a great choice! The location and the view are breathtaking! It's a nice renovated old italian house/farm, the staff is awesomely kind and hospitable, it's on top of a hill in a little village with a view of Trasimeno lake and hilly valley on the other side! The room was not at the same level as the rest around us, but we got it on a super cheap deal, therefore it was a very good compromise: bed very comfortable and clean, nice looking bathroom.
