"This hotel is in a very good location within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. It’s with an Uber ride of lots of museums. The hotel itself met our needs. It wasn’t super fancy, but it was sufficient. Sometimes it was a little noisy down on the street overall we were happy And some of the staff members were very helpful."

"In a very nice neighborhood so plenty of safe walking possible. Breakfast has some made to order items. Staff is most accommodating and makes the stay enjoyable. Room a little on the small side yet very clean. Near international airport so great place to stay prior to a flight."

"As advertised and in a great spot to be in Palermo Soho. Very nice and professional check-in with very responsive property management to address the usual check-in matters, immediately."

"The staff and service at this hotel were amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly, more importantly, they were very attentive when we called. My only pet peeve was the air conditioning, although it seems you control it in the room, you really don't. We called a few times due to the lack of a/c to find out that they actually control it from the reception area at the lobby. Also, you had to run the hot water for about 3 minutes for it to kick-in - quite a waste of water and time."
