"I was excited about this particular booking because it was lake-front accommodation. This was our first time not expecting no receptionist in premise. We arrived at 1730 & check-in time is 1400. My husband text, email, phoned 4-5 times each of the action. The response was 2 hr later at 1900 but the receptionist hunged up or just a bad connection. We stayed for 30 min at premise, tired & hungry. We drove & checked in at the nearby hotel which was a great disadvantage to us for the price is...

"Für das angegebenen Preisniveau ist die Wohnung wirklich okay. Die ruhige Lage und die sehr große Terrasse sind hervorzuheben. Innerhalb 15 Minuten ist man in Rijeka oder Opatija. Große Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein eigenes Auto wäre jedoch schon von Vorteil. "Perfect location, in easy walking distance of everywhere. Host was super responsive and helpful. Also cheap parking available nearby. "

"Michael was an excellent host in his beautiful house overlooking Rijeka and our room was clean and well kept. The grounds around his house were beautiful and lovingly kept. Michael also provided the best tips for things to do and see while in the area we’ve ever experienced!"

"The online checkin app didn’t work but the owner did respond quickly on WhatsApp. This property is in a historic building on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Street parking was difficult to find. We happened to be there on a Saturday and street parking is free Saturday and Sunday. The room/ kitchen is a good layout and surprisingly has a lot of storage for a small space. Appeared to be very residential and I didn’t see a lot of restaurants and shops. "
