"Although the property is advertised as having a kitchenette there are in fact no cooking facilities, not even a toaster or microwave. The shower gel dispenser did not work and the conditioner dispenser was empty. Parking was convenient and free. We had no problem using the virtual check-in facility. The property was good value for money. It was brand new, clean, comfortable and convenient for Bucharest international airport. Only needs a little attention to detail to make it an excellent choice...

"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"Interesting design - on 2 levels, living/kitchen on first floor and bedrooms on 2nd. Lots of baths. Clean and safe. It will NOT sleep 7 (unless you're ready to sleep 3 in one bed, with the last person crunched on a loveseat sofa). 4 is more the right number of guests. Full minibar in fridge. I use some, and had to complete the checkout online to pay for incidentals, and got charged again by the property for the stay. "We were 3 , I , my wife and my daughter , all the things went on perfectly in this hotel. It is so close to metro , you can easily visit and sightsee the city via using metro. Room was perfect , it had kitchen to let us prepare our baby's meal easily , and also room has washing machine which we used a lot during our stay.
