"The room was fine, quiet and confortable but the staff at the desk quite disappointing. We spent two nights, were told we needed a code to enter after 11:00 pm but in fact there was nobody present between 8:00 and 9:00 pm and we had to rely on other customers to enter. As for the check out, the only word pronunced by the person at the desk was "merci". they never ask how was our stay, if we needed a taxi (it was raining).
