"From the rum punch that greeted us at check-in to the spacious taxi that was booked for us upon departure, the service and the staff were white glove all the way. Our deluxe King room with the full kitchen, living area, balcony and ocean view was huge. We loved the combination lock door access from the balcony so we could leave our sandy shoes outside. "Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"Ron is an amazing host, very quick to respond to all questions or concerns, the condo is very well appointed and perfect for a quiet beach get away. The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle of grace bay to seem like you have a private beach and pool, however close enough for a nice time on the town. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing and being able to lay in the beach chair and see the stars made for the perfect get away for us. 1000% would recommend and book again "

"If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back."

"The two bedroom villa we stayed at was clean and nice to have the beach right outside our door. Unfortunately the sliding glass door was broken and didn’t lock. I expressed my concern to management and Justine said it would be fixed the next day and it wasn’t. I reached out again and she said there is limited workers on the island that can fix it. When I told her I was uncomfortable having my family stay there with a door that doesn’t lock in this area, she stopped answering me all together....
