Host responded quickly to heat issues with the pool and spa on the same day the issues were reported. The only recommendation for improvement would be to increase the pots and pans and working utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, it was perfect for our family! "

The house is so spacious & beautiful; everyone had plenty of room without feeling crowed. We loved being steps away from the beach & when it was too windy at the beach we came back and enjoyed the pool. Being within walking distance to Coligny is also an advantage. "

"The property is just as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Having a golf cart available as part of the rental was wonderful. What really made this an exceptional experience was the considerate and responsive host. So many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage: lots of fluffy towels, make-up mirror, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen, cable tv, and a welcome basket of snacks and wine. Tracie went the extra mile to answer any questions, and even sent maps of the best fishing spots....

"The pictures (while beautiful) do not do this home justice. The décor, touches, and thoughtfulness of the home are evident anywhere you look. The layout is wonderful for a family, or even two families, with children. Our 3 year old daughters loved the bunk beds, and all of the fun puzzles and games to help during any passing rain. Our family enjoyed the spa and pool - again, lots of features and thoughtful touches, beautiful deck, patio and grill. It's hard to overstate how much our family...

It was very easy to communicate with the owner before and during our stay and they were quick to respond to all communication. Easy to find and get to Harbor Town and the beach!"
