I bounced around hotels while I stayed in Búzios and this was by far my favourite. Filipe at the front desk was a gentleman. I came while he was helping other people. He asked them to wait a moment. Excused himself and told me I could sit in the hotel while I waited. Was like a nice comfortable living room. He assured me he would assist me soon. When he did come he took me for a complimentary drink and then showed me around. Excellent service. I can’t say enough. Waiting uncontrollably is the worst and he made sure I didn’t feel this at all. 10 out or 10 recommend! "
