"Very accessible, great house exactly what was in the pictures. Able to speak English, Spanish, or Portuguese and was very friendly and respectful. House rules are very understandable and location is very close to beach. Will come back again"

"The house was nice. It was listed as a 4 bedroom however the 4th bedroom was not attached to the main house as well as the 3rd bathroom. The detached bedroom was not prepared and ready for us as the owner decided we would not need to use it as there were 4 of us traveling. I rented the property because it had 4 bedrooms as i didnt want adults sleeping on twin beds. The other separate bedroom also smelled musty. The grounds needed some attention as there was weeds growing around the patio bricks...

"Since the beginning of my stay I have been calling the management team as well as the financial team to receive receipts for my stay and both entities have been very unhelpful and stopped responding to emails and answering the phone. This has been ongoing for my entire 23-day stay and still has not been resolved. When I arrived to the location, there were many windows left open so the villa had many mosquitos and bugs inside. When the cleaning company came I asked if they can close all windows...

"The property far exceeded our expectations. It was such a beautiful and tranquil setting surrounded by bikable landscapes And cafés. The property itself had so many features. You could easily spend a whole week there. my only regret is I wish we had more time. The host was so helpful. She even helped us find a Private chef and a yoga instructor! I hope to be back Sometime soon. "

"Our family stayed here at the very end of our Portugal trip. This house was perfect for all of us ranging in age from 8 to 88. It is a lovely home and very clean. There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. "Well furnished. Property managers very helpfull. Property would benefit from a more uniform heating sysytem..our visit was the end of December. Detailed maos of ingress and exgress would be helpfull..not for the faint of heart. That all being said we had a wonderful visit to Lisbon, Setubal and the surrouns."

The house was equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay and there were supermarkets within a 10 minute's drive. Vasco was a great host and available whenever we had any questions. I thoroughly recommend this villa for a stay in this beautiful part of Portugal."
