Disliked: Room comfort
No sense of hospitality
Over the phone the son was very kind and helpful. However once we arrived, the mother who let us in was in a horrible mood and disrespectful. No early check-in, and insisted to leave all our bags outside in the sun until the room is ready 4hours later. She gave no insights or recommendation for our stay. Any question asked to her was dismissed with no respect. Every time we saw her she was peeking out of her apartment to see whether guests are behaving and quiet in the pool area. In the pool rules and restrictions are set in such a negative way. The rooms are very minimal with very limited organiser space to put our clothes & belongings. Some towels were not replaced while they were clearly put on the floor to be changed. Too bad, the hotel has definitely potential, if only the person who seems to manage it knew what the hospitality business is all about. The father who was on the property was very kind and always smiling and greeting guests.
