Villa of 180 m² fully air-conditioned, all comfort with exceptional views of the bay of Golden Beach, in a very quiet place. Neat decoration, combining modernity and architectural tradition of the Cyclades. Large flower garden with magnificent swimming pool of 16,5m x 6,5m. 2 large covered terraces facing the sea and a solarium with 180 ° sea views and many Cycladic islands.(Naxos, Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros ...)
The beach 250m from the villa is easily reached by a nice little path and no major traffic route should be borrowed to access it. The sandy beach is the longest and most beautiful of the island, equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs, bars and taverns. A multitude of water sports are offered.

Amazing villa
This beautiful villa was a dream, large inside and plenty of space outside. The pool was a really good size. Well equipped house with all you would need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful. 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach. You would need a car for the supermarket and some great restaurants near the villa. Loved our stay at this villa . The views to the sea was beautiful from so many rooms from the villa. Would love to go back one day.

Almost Paradise in Paros
Property is exactly as shown if not nicer than the photos. Location could not be better. Villa is well appointed with silverware, glasses, etc. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Great spot on Paros.

Great property for families with older children. Can walk to great beach.
Fantastic property especially for two families of four with older children (bedroom arrangement not suitable for young children for one of the families) Photos don't do it justice, pool area is beautiful and very private. Living area beautifully decorated. Whole house very clean. Amazing views. 5 mins walk to best beach on Paros and tavernas. Owner very happy to help, easy to contact. Would absolutely recommend.

Superbe séjour !
Tout est parfait dans cette villa ! La situation est idéale avec de jeunes enfants , la mer est facilement accessible à pied et la plage de sable très agréable. La piscine est superbe ! Merci encore , nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Tres beau sejour
Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour dans cette maison en famille avec 5 enfants de 9 à 21 ans. Propreté impeccable, piscine de bonne taille nettoyée régulièrement pendant la semaine, maison idéalement située à moins de 5 minutes à pied d’une belle plage de véliplanchistes par un petit chemin. En voiture nous avons pu découvrir les nombreuses plages de l’ile et visiter les villages qui ont chacun leur ambiance. Que du bonheur !

Une très belle résidence meublée et décorée avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. La grande piscine a été appréciée des grands et des petits. Idéalement située à proximité à pied de la belle plage de Golden Beach et des centres d’intérêt touristiques de Paros.
