"This is the definition of a cheap motel - I knew it going in tho. Since I was right by the elevator and stairs, I heard people coming and going and sometimes talking too loudly (so maybe avoid that's location). Snacks and beverages are pricey enough to make Instacart delivery with it if you're staying more than a couple of days. No problems with plumbing, including water getting got enough. "I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out.
