"Mr. Fronimo was very pleasant to work with. Overall, the units were nice. The bedrooms are very nice and accommodating. Only 2 items that caught attention. There is a heavy sulfur smell in the tap water. It may be the municipal water is supplied this way. The other is, the outside area behind the units. There is a patio area with 2 large picnic tables that could use attention."

"Might not look like much from the outside (as it needs some attention), but quite cozy, yet spacious, inside. Needs a few updates inside but overall pleasant. The entryway procedure is a bit cumbersome with so many doors (easier entry may be from the side). "

"Our family of 21 stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed it very much. The house is large with plenty of bedroom and bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms. Everything was super clean and neat. We really enjoyed the lake with the kayaks and canoe, and sat on the dock enjoying the peace. We used their gas firepit each night on the delightful back patio. "We have cousins parties every other year, usually in Ohio. This house was by far our favorite. The game room and media room gave us hours of fun. The scavenger hunt throughout the property made for a fun hour long hike. We got a chance to chat with the owner and he was great making sure we were happy. Everything in the house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. It was such an easy stay for us since the house already had supplies like shampoo or trash bags etc. we loved everything about this...

"Group of 5 (ages 12 - 74) family members stayed 2 nights for a standard weekend. We were in town to participate in a few races and visited the Hall of Fame. Everything for the events was within walking distance. Both races passed right in front Of the house. We had plenty of space! The hot Tub helped with race recovery, would stay again without hesitation!"
