"The rooms are modern/ clean/ up to date, with lovely balconies (with screens so can sleep with door open, and laundry hanging option too if needed). Kitchenette ( dishes& stove) in room is awesome. Real shower heads with glass doors! Beds are firm, but that seems to be the norm in Greece for moderate priced rooms. "The property (building/room status) was fine, but the location was far from town resulting to a daily walk of aprx. 5km (under heat and humidity) since finding parking at Parga has the same chances of winning the lottery. In five days one change of towels/ sheets and no additional provision of soap/shampoo is unacceptable for an accomodation of this rate. Also the pre-payment of guarantee i.e. 50% of the total amount against the terms of Expedia was very peculiar too. Finally potential issues...
