Although our stay began with some minor drawbacks, the staff, particularly the general manager demonstrated exceptional dedication and promptly addressed all our concerns. We were delighted to find that the hotel now offers proper oat milk coffee, thanks to their responsiveness. Throughout our stay, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly cared for. A highlight for our family was the star gazing event at night, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. It's the small things that make a big difference! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Our room was cancelled by the hotel because they did not have a direct email for us it was not shared by Expedia. Miss communication led to a stressful start. "
