"My family have just returned from a lovely stay in Berlin. The hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful. We stayed here with our children aged 7 and 4 and the staff were kind giving our children a carton of juice every morning at breakfast to take away with them. When checking out the children received a hotel duck which they loved. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed for a stay with children. The hotel is a few minutes walk to two train stations, one which takes you direct to the airport and takes about an hour, but you get ti see the sights of Berlin. There is plenty of lovely restaurants around and a great place for shopping. I’d highly recommend this hotel for families, we would definitely come back. Thank you for having us "

"Excellent location within easy reach of transport. Staff were extremely friendly. Good variety at breakfast. The hotel has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It was a little disappointing not to be able to get a drink from the bar on 2 occasions. The bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad. "
