"After four days in Paris it was dreamy to take a quick 25 min train ride to Chantilly and stay here. My fiance and I got engaged the night before we stayed here & it was so special to celebrate it here. The staff was great, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the pool and sauna as well, it was nice how late the pool and sauna were open too (10pm). "

"Absolutely beautiful and relaxing place. Secure on site parking. Food in the restaurant amazing. Choice of food in the bar limited, so if staying a few days, feels like not enough to choose from. Staff helpfull and trying thier best to help and delivery top service. One thing is no lift in the property, so lagguage on the higher levels to be curried by hand, but staff is happy to help with it."

"Rooms are no way near as nice as photos suggest. They are basic and to an ok standard for the money. Actually quite dated for Ibis. Biggest let down was AC did not work well at all as the control panel was locked even though it was the middle of August! Probably would not stay again."

"We booked this for our last night of vacation because it looked beautiful in the pictures online. It did not disappoint in person. The staff were so helpful and welcoming at the front desk. "Amazing property, very close to rail system (which helps a ton with transportation but you can definitely hear everything if your window faces the tracks). Overall very pleased. They were able to accommodate us after our flight was delayed at no extra cost which was so very much appreciated. Young girl working at front desk is a delight! "

"It is a budget hotel, bed was comfortable, shower is setup weird, had to stand in the hallway to get dressed, I traveled with my grown children. Lots of homeless people hanging around near the hotel although they didn't bother us. Its a rough part of the city. The hotel people helped the best they could. Skip the breakfast, not worth the $10. The milk was left out so long, it was warm. The hotel was clean and we had fresh towels each day. We used Bolt and the subway. Taxi's are supper expensive. Bolt is like uber, just download the app. They usually only accept cash.. There were a few night we had loud neighbor's but that's not the hotels fault..Safe travels..."
