The room and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable, very thoughtfully equipped with maps and information on different touristic attractions in the area. The owner is wonderful, she offers her homemade jams and sweets, sandwiches for breakfast. We were really spoiled. "

"Great stay at Acquaviva. We got a nice room with lake view and Balcony. Staff was courteous and nice. Breakfast had a lot of options. Hotel is a 45 mins walk to downtown Desenzano (lake front walk with a great view) and 1:30 walk to Sirmione. We absolutely adored the tratoria del pescatore that is a few blocks away. Spa was great too, the only down thing is that there is no spa tub like advised and they force you to wear a swim cap"
