" Location superb, car parking under the property difficult to navigate with anything larger than a small car. Great communication from Martin. View of Montgo now obscured due to new build. Lovely pool but could do with a handrail at steps. Was generally quite quiet, there are some residents with children, but they weren't particularly annoying. Large appartment, squeaky beds quite low if you have bad knees, 2 of the 4 tvs have no channels, but only an issue if you watch tv in bed. AC works...

"10/10. Apartment was lovely. Amazing view over Benidorm. The balcony outside was great- ran the whole way down the side of the apartment so lots of space to hang towels as well as sit outside to enjoy the view. The apartment was clean and fresh with everything you need but no unwanted clutter. The air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room cool and comfortable.
