"Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. "Pleasant and efficient check-in. Breakfast -Plenty of choice but food area small to accommodate the food and the clientele. Lift for upto 5 people. Side exit on upper floors with push doors. If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated. "We were there for a night while traveling through France. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. The walls are very thin and we could hear every noise from the rooms down the hall. Convenient location by the train station and staff were kind and helpful."

"This is a beautifully unique property. Well equipped bedroom in a wonderfully characterful building. We were on the top floor with views of the cathedral. The stairs are great exercise too!"

"We found the lady at check in to be an absolute delight. Personable, well-spoken and helpful. Our room was larger than expected, spotless,and quiet (top floor). Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and well stocked. A bit more expensive than some hotels in the area but worth the extra!"

"So far so good. Proprietor is very nice and helpful. We have never traveled to France before so did not know customs. He has been very considerate! We have had a wonderful experience so far. We have checked out the castle of tapestry and the statues of David Angers, plus wandered around and found a small antique shop."

Very nice hotel with great location

"Amazing location for staying in Angers. Nice room. The check in service was very nice but a woman was a bit rude when she would yell at me in the morning to get my room number when I left for the day which I thought was a bit weird. The location is great as within a 10 min walk to most attractions. Angers is really lovely and would highly recommend visiting"

"This is a lovely hotel, smells lovely in the reception area and rooms, all very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming, giving very good customer service. The restaurant beside hotel is really wonderful, great atmmosphere and fantastic food at not an overcharged amount too, very good value. There is a big supermarket in walking distance, with a cash point and petrol station, also a good price.We do love Kyriad hotels and would definately come back."
