"The property is well kept and lush. The evening boat ride followed by the tea overlooking the sundet sea side was beautiful. However the hosts at the restaurants are extremly pushy and annoying sometimes. The key is to stay alert and available if needed not hovering over the guests the whole time. There is a difference. "The hotel is really lovely - we had a huge sea view room with balcony - toiletries & hairdryer provided and an enormous fridge. The hotel is immaculate and the garden & pool are beautiful. The staff are so welcoming and friendly but professional and the breakfast & meals are delicious."

"I believe I overpaid for a mediocre property (more than 7k/day). Reception and dining were very poor. Not enough space in the property to wander around. Food was an utter disappointment, but it had some sky rocketed price like a 4 star resort. Based on what I ordered, I recommend you to change your Chef. Apartment was compact and clean. "We had a great two weeks in the hotel with the staff being very flexible in accommodating us. The hotel is metres away from the beach, we had a sea view room with air conditioning which was very pleasant. However, the photos of the hotel on Expedia we saw are at least 20 years old and the hotel is no way a 4* hotel by western standards. "This is a beautiful and peaceful Ayurvedic five star retreat overlooking Trivandrum. It is teired at different levels into the hills, which as a result offers beautiful vistas virtually every room. The hospitality here is truly one of a kind—offered with not just professionalism, but a genuine, smiling human touch. The infinity pool was simply mesmerizing, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the view. The buffet was carefully crafted to satisfy every appetite, with a wide variety of delicious options. "This is a beautiful, serene and very enjoyable hotel. The beach is lovely with views from everywhere. My room was spacious, quiet and well furnished with a lovely balcony and spectacular beach view. I loved both the evening and the morning ambience. The restaurant offers a varied menu with excellent service and high quality food. I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer. Well done everyone, thank you. I would very happily return. "
