"Firstly we had to pay to upgrade our room After a bad storm the room leaked water in and we all woke up with wet sheets and a wet mattress. The rooms are very basic and good do with a refresh the shower was awfull. The staff are fantastic very helpful and polite and great with kids. The place was very quiet in October. "I came here on my own and couldn’t have been made more welcome. It’s a small hotel and my room was modern, clean and comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the small resort, I was only there a few days and didn’t venture further but not a long hop up to Corfu town. Breakfast is good and the lunch menu is very nice too. The taverna next door is excellent. You can get a little row ferry for a few coins over the river to explore the next beach along. "

"The property is right on Barbati beach which was 50m walk from our door. The staff were amazing, we also extended our stay and they were most accommodating. Its about 10 minutes to ipsos where there are countless restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are everywhere, scooter hire as well. Planning to return in the near future. "

"The rooms were pretty shabby. I can't imagine actually cooking in the kitchen, as it was rather dirty and the cooker looked extremely decrepit. "What a fabulous villa! The listing photo’s tell you how gorgeous the view from all the balconies is. The location was perfect: privacy without being remote.
